Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your size, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order will have entered processing and we cannot make changes. Email us at admin@freeborn.in as soon as possible.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India. International shipping is coming soon.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days. Express delivery options are available at checkout where applicable.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from your account page.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. COD is available on eligible orders across most pin codes in India.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at admin@freeborn.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Sizing
How do FreeBorn products fit?
Our products are designed with a modern, athletic fit. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page. When in doubt, size up.
What if the size I want is out of stock?
Sign up for restock notifications on the product page or email us at admin@freeborn.in and we will notify you when it is back.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.
