How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location within India. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote areas, delivery may take a few extra days.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at admin@freeborn.in or WhatsApp us at +91 99143-49422 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products & Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide image. We recommend checking the size chart before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more fitted look.
Will the colours look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. If you have questions about a specific colour, feel free to contact us.
How should I care for my FreeBorn products?
For T-Shirts: Wash inside-out in cold water, dry on low heat, iron inside-out.
For Sweatpants: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Avoid high heat to preserve fabric quality.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your payment information is fully encrypted and secure.
