Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Time
- Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after your order has been shipped.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is charged at ₹79 per order. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping, automatically applied at checkout.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to most locations across India. However, due to courier service limitations, some PIN codes may not be serviceable.
If your delivery location is not serviceable, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been received.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. FreeBorn is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
