Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item:
- Is unused and unworn
- Has not been washed or damaged
- Is returned in its original condition
- Includes all original tags and packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Please include your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.
Sale Items
Products purchased during sales, promotions, clearance events, or special discounts are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
